This notice explains how PC Emergency (“we”, “us”) handles personal information you send through this website, mainly via the enquiry form, email, phone or WhatsApp.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

Who we share it with
Your enquiry details are not sold or shared for marketing. Messages submitted through the website form may be delivered via our email/form provider so we can receive them. We only share information when required to provide the service you asked for, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job-related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, accounting or dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights (UK)
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handled your information.
